Need to size up or down? No problem! Follow our returns portal linked below to get started. Plus you can receive the exchange before you ship your original item back! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that we charge a $6 handling fee for items being returned or exchanged more than once (an exchange of an exchange, etc.). Note that we will ship your first exchange at no additional costs!

Please note orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are unable to be exchanged in our portal due to limitation with Facebook at this time. You can still return for refund.

Would like to return your items for a refund? Send back any unused items within 30 days of purchase using our self-service portal linked below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Just like humans, we understand your pooch needs to try things on to make sure they fit paw-fectly!

When preparing your return/exchange, make sure your items are free of dirt, debris and dog hair, and have not been worn outside (trying it on indoors is recommended), and have all tags still attached, to ensure your return is accepted with no issues.

Items returned with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc) will not be accepted.

If you've got any of the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange. 

Unfortunately, for any items that have clear use/wear and tear we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny items that are in used or damaged condition. Please note this includes any strong smells (including perfumes).
